About Us

Located at 312 Commercial Street, the Governor Bradford is nestled right in the heart of Provincetown. Open year-round, we invite you to try something a little different than your standard Cape Cod dining experience. Transformed into a Japanese Izakaya in the spring of ‘24 the menu includes sensationally fresh sushi along with innovative Asian small plates and entrees. Complimenting the food menu are creative cocktails, wine, sake and an exclusive selection of craft beers that you won't find anywhere else. Our multi-space setting offers bar service, dining, an in-season outdoor patio, and live entertainment.

Chef Collin Kolisko's passion lies in using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients to create innovative and delicious dishes that showcase the simplicity of their ingredients. His quest for the most perfect "singular bite of food" inspires him to create classic dishes with new twists.  Try his classic Caesar, bruleed with smoked bluefish in the dressing or his corn ribs to fulfill your summer corn on the cob craving.

At the helm of the Front of House, GM Jamie Lewis brings decades of Cape Cod restaurant experience and her desire to make your dining adventure as pleasurable as possible.

Here from Boston, co-owner David Ciccolo, of Brookline's The Publick House, ups the craft beer selection to a level Provincetown has not seen before. His beer relationships fill our new draught lines with coveted beers from breweries near and far that you will not find anywhere else locally.

To round out our offerings, Jackie Ross contributes her 20 plus years of bar experience to creating stellar craft cocktails and an atmosphere that is welcoming and inviting to all.
