Rare & Limited

Allagash Brewing Co. - 'Coolship Pomme'

spontaneously fermented ale aged in oak on local apples - to make Coolship Pomme, Allagash selected specific batches of their spontaneously fermented Coolship beer—that had fermented in oak barrels for about two years—and added a medley of freshly picked Golden Russet, Ashmead’s Kernel, Northern Spy, and Winesap apples from a local farm. Then aged that mixture for an additional four months. The result: a well-rounded and complex ale with notes of crisp apple, oak, white pepper, apricot, and a hint of funk—all with a wonderfully dry finish. 7.6% / 375ml btl

$49

Allagash Brewing Co. - 'Little Sal'

sour red ale aged on low bush maine blueberries in red wine barrels - 6% / 375ml btl

$44

Allagash Brewing Co. 'Once Upon an Orchard'

sour red ale aged with raspberries, blueberries, and vanilla bean - 6.6% / 375ml btl

$44

Cantillon - 'Kriek'

very rare - lambic beer w/ morello cherries aged in oak 6% / 750ml btl

$65

Cantillon - 'Sang Bleu'

EXTREMELY RARE - an experimental lambic with haskap berries (honeysuckle) from Québec added and then aged in oak. 100 kilosgrams of fruit is placed in a barrel with 400 liters of two year old lambic for approximately two months of maceration. Fewer than 500 bottles were filled as well as some kegs. 6.5% / 750ml btl

$75

Cantillon - 'Saint Lamvinus'

EXTREMELY RARE - Blend of lambics aged on average 16 to 18 months with Merlot grapes. Lambic can be rightly considered the missing link between the worlds of wine and beer, and Cantillon Saint Lamvinus takes this one step further by adding grapes normally intended for wine production, resulting in an intense, fruity beer that lingers on the palate. 7% / 750ml btl

$75
